All Sales Final: We do not offer refunds or returns on used parts.

14-Day Return Policy: Returns on new parts are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date. CONTACT US FOR ANY RETURNS

Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to all returned items.

Conditions for Returns:

Items must be in brand new unused condition.
Original packaging must be in good condition, free of damage, shipping labels, or tape.
Items with seals or sealed packages must remain unopened and intact.
Electronics that are sealed by the manufacturer cannot be returned unless still sealed.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returned items.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an item is shipped, the shipping carrier assumes responsibility for delivery. If a package is lost or stolen, it is the customer’s responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier.

“Used” (Standard classification for all parts unless stated otherwise) means still in functioning condition and may show signs of cosmetic wear
“New” Brand new part full functioning and has not be used

“Parts Only” means the part is not working, not fully funcitioning, will not work for long
